Es arbeitet als transdisziplin\u00e4res Forschungszentrum, das die verschiedenen Forschungsstr\u00e4nge und Fachkenntnisse der verschiedenen Disziplinen in diesem Bereich nutzt, und f\u00fchrt Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten in diesem Bereich durch. Es leitete und beteiligte sich an verschiedenen lokalen, europ\u00e4ischen und internationalen Forschungsprojekten zur F\u00f6rderung des Wohlbefindens, der psychischen Gesundheit und der Belastbarkeit von Kindern und Jugendlichen.<\/p><p>Im Jahr 2015 ver\u00f6ffentlichte sie einen europ\u00e4ischen Lehrplan \u00fcber die F\u00f6rderung der Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit in den ersten Schuljahren und Grundschulen (RESCUR Surfing the Waves), der mit f\u00fcnf anderen europ\u00e4ischen Partnern im Rahmen eines von der EU finanzierten Dreijahresprogramms entwickelt wurde. Der Verein Multikulturell bietet regelm\u00e4\u00dfig folgende (Weiter-)Bildungsangebote an: Migrationsakademie (Sprach- und Computerkurse f\u00fcr Erwachsene und Jugendliche, interkulturelle Seminare und Weiterbildungskurse), Medienarbeitsplatz (Radio, Film, Fotografie, Schreibwerkstatt), mehrsprachige Bildungs- und Berufsberatung, Bewerbungstraining, Coaching und Mentoring f\u00fcr junge Migrantinnen und Migranten.<\/p><p>Der Verein Multikulturell f\u00f6rdert aktiv die soziale und berufliche Qualifizierung von Migrantinnen und Migranten und kooperiert mit Systempartnern wie der Landesregierung, der Wirtschaftskammer, dem Arbeitsmarktservice, verschiedenen Schulen, sozialen Organisationen und Verb\u00e4nden. Im Rahmen des YouthReach-Programms wird jungen Menschen die M\u00f6glichkeit geboten, ihren zuk\u00fcnftigen Bildungs-, Ausbildungs- und Berufsweg sowie ihre pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung zu erkunden und an Bildungs- und Ausbildungsprogrammen teilzunehmen, die zu einer Auszeichnung nach dem Nationalen Qualifikationsrahmen f\u00fchren, einschlie\u00dflich Berufserfahrung. Ziel der Vereinigung ist es, einen positiven Einfluss auf die soziale und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung in der Region auszu\u00fcben und gleichzeitig neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Menschen zu schaffen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Einige der wichtigsten sozialen Probleme in der Region resultieren aus dem fr\u00fchen Schulabbruch, der wachsenden Arbeitslosigkeit und der wirtschaftlichen Stagnation.
